Welcome!

Hi, y’all. Come on in. I’ve got beignets, hot chocolate – and gossip.

A Southern Fried Diva isn’t one to beat around the bush, so I’m going to make this short and sweet. The world has gotten a whole lot smaller and fits like a long lost puzzle piece in the World Wide Web. We’re all nearly cousins. Since we’re as close as kin, I’m going to talk to you like I know you, and you chime in anytime you feel compelled to add your two cents worth or more.

It’s best to talk about what you know or, at the very least, something you’d like to know more about. It’s also best not to out-stay your welcome, so don’t expect a daily blog from Southern Fried Diva. Expect a menagerie of topics that circle back to life as I see it or wish it could be. You may get a laugh or a tear in your eye and maybe learn something the easy way that I learned the hard way.

Now, come a little closer. The diva is a closet novelist. Yep. I’ve written a novel or two. Guess it’s all over hell and half of Georgia now. Kinfolks can never keep a secret. It’s just as well. Turns out, I’m a double finalist in the 2016 Romance Writers of America® Golden Heart® contest. That makes four Golden Heart®finals for me and one step closer to getting my stories to you.

Thanks for stopping by and come back anytime.

  1. Dear Pamela: Many thanks for inviting us into your beautiful home to watch Muses at Mardi Gras. We flew back to SF for the Stupid Bowl and then went down to Pebble Beach for a week at the AT&T. Let us know when you’ll next be in San Francisco and we’ll pass a good time. Cheers: Dave & Kathy ( first time riding Muses😍👍😜)

  2. Pamela, Congratulations on your double final! It’s so exciting to be a finalist, but to be a double finalist… I can’t even imagine the sense of validation that must carry with it. Well deserved my Dragonfly sister.
